Hopi Ear Candling

Hopi ear-candling is a wonderfully relaxing and beneficial treatment. It can help with many conditions and problems associated with the ear, nose, throat, eyes and the entire head area. Hopi ear-candling is a non-invasive treatment. The process involves placing a specially designed hollow candle just inside the ear canal one at a time. The candle is then lit and the heat from the lit end of the candle causes a vacuum effect, which helps to pull out any unwanted build up. The goal of ear candling is to draw out impurities, relieve pressure in the head and sinuses, and aid hearing problems.

Reflexology

Reflexology is an alternative medical practice known as zone therapy. It involves the application of applying pressure to specific points on the feet mainly. It is mainly used as a method for eliminating pain. It has many benefits including reducing the severity of migraines & headaches, improving nerve function and circulation throughout the body.                Encourages relaxation and induces a state of calm. Many use this alongside standard therapies.

Reiki

Reiki is a technique that uses energy force to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage relaxation. The method uses gentle touch and placement for healing and tries to improve balance in your body. It does not treat conditions on its own but can be used to support traditional treatment you may receive.
